Since 2024 I have worked with clients on their websites and marketing initiatives. Using my 5+ years of experience in web design, digital marketing, and graphic design I have been been a valuable asset for nonprofits, small businesses and artists. Below is a selection of recent projects.
SOULSIDE HEALING ARTS
Soulside Healing Arts is a nonprofit that focuses on making holistic wellness accessible to Peoria, IL, and surrounding areas by utilizing a sliding scale donation based platform.
My goal was to streamline their marketing initiatives and create cohesion with their brand in order to strengthen their online presence. Working closely with Soulside's executive director, I created a brand guide, social media templates, and redesigned their website.
I wanted their site to feel welcoming, clean, and embody how Soulside feels when you go to the studio. I did this by sticking with grounded earth tones and utilizing clean fonts. Soft curves were used to bring gentle flow to the site to echo the type of yoga classes Soulside offers.
TALL STORIES BOOKS
Tall Stories Books is a small, woman owned, independent bookstore specializing in first editions and signed copies of rare science fiction, fantasy, mystery, and adventure books.
My goal with this small, but mighty site was to create a more intuitive user experience as well as create a consistent voice and style for their business.
They wanted their site to feel bright and easy to use for their customers. We decided on a one page site for a clear snap shot of their business and to encourage people to stop in. I added prompts and animations to help guide users through the site as well as opportunities for conversions by adding prominent CTAs to check out their online stores or to drop by.
JACLYN DIGITAL
Jaclyn Digital is a marketing professional who wanted a polished site with a cohesive experience.
My goal was to create a site that had a cohesive experience.
Their grounded, human-centered approach to their work was important to highlight so I chose earth tones to give the site a warm and welcoming vibe. I made sure their portfolio of recent work was prominently displayed with CTAs to engage with their site.
